Tonight I made my Skinny Irish Colcannon with @gortonsseafood beer battered filets and a single hush puppy 👌🏼🐟 . . I had an issue with my blog and it’s taken all of my photos away, but until I can get them back up, the recipe is still there! I used my @instantpotofficial to cook the cauliflower for the colcannon and the air fryer for the beer battered fish (obviously 💁🏼‍♀️). I have been on the biggest smoothie (and oatmeal) kick since last week! So much so that I needed to make a special run to @krogerco earlier today just to get things for more smoothies. Recipe for my Blueberry Beet Smoothie: . • 1/2 cup @simpletruth4u greek yogurt. • 1/2 cup frozen beet pieces. • 1/2 cup @simpletruth4u frozen organic blueberries • 1.5-2 cups @simpletruth4u unsweetened vanilla almond milk. • 1 tbsp @simpletruth4u organic honey. • 1 small handful of @simpletruth4u power greens — • Blend everything together and top with @simpletruth4u grain free granola for crunch 😍💪🏼

Blueberries and chocolate/cacao together are my newest favorite combo 🤗 ... especially in this layered oatmeal! . . For the cinnamon cocoa oatmeal: I cooked 1/2 cup of quick oats with 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk + 1/2 tsp @terrasoul raw cacao + hefty dash of @terrasoul Ceylon cinnamon + pinch of sea salt until thick. I then layered the bottom of my jar with sliced banana + blueberries + 1/2 of the oatmeal. I had both my instant pot & air fryer going for tonight’s meal 🤗 13 minutes later, and I was ready to eat! . . I had a FROZEN tuna steak that I sprayed both sides with avocado oil (to prevent it from sticking to the trivet) and a light sprinkle of sea salt - placed it on a trivet and put it in my @instantpotofficial with 1 cup of water. Steamed it for 4 minutes and NPR for 4 minutes (May try it with 3 next time). . While that was steaming, I added a bag of @traderjoes cauliflower gnocchi to the air fryer and cooked it at 400° for 12-13min - shaking the basket frequently. .
