Cardamom is the new cinnamon.
What I’m looking forward to most this holiday season is cozying up on the couch with a thick blanket, the soft glow from the christmas tree, watching Elf, and sipping on this latte I made at home. Yep, another one where Starbucks isn’t needed. I’ve made matcha lattes before, but the addition of cardamom in this one is just so warming. I love it.
Side note:
Is Starbucks ever going to deliver? (which could be bad). I wonder if they’ve ever considered it. Hmmm … until then, I’ll just make my own drinks in the comfort of my PJs.
What do you look forward to the most during the holidays?

• Blend until everything is combined and frothy.
• Pour and enjoy.
Hi there! Is 2 cups of milk for 1 serving correct? It says the SP’s are only 1. What kind of nut milk do you use that is only 1 SP for 2 cups? Or should this say it is 2 servings? Also – what are collagen peptides? What is the purpose of adding? Is it additional protein? Is it 0 SP’s per scoop? Thanks for all your help. I have all the ingredients, except the collagen, and would love to make this tonight. If you have time to answer today. Have a very Happy Thanksgiving and thank you for all your wonderful recipes, ideas and articles.

Hi Kristine! I use Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Cashew Milk. It’s 1sp for 2 cups. You could easily make this into 2 servings, but I like big ‘ol lattes ;). I use collagen for protein (and it helps with the froth factor). It is 0sp for up to 2 scoops and 1sp for 2-6 scoops. Hope this helped! Happy Thanksgiving to you! 🙂
