Spreadable fall, ya’ll. That’s basically what it is.
I’ve been waiting for what seems like forever to make this nut butter. You see, I always wait for Kroger to have their bulked nuts on sale. Nuts are expensive, so when I can snag a few bags on the cheap, I do!
This nut butter is one of my favorites! It’s right up there with my Banana Nut Bread Butter. It does’t have a punch-you-in-the-face pumpkin flavor, but it’s nice and subtle with the nuts being the star. I think it’s perfect. You could add more pumpkin pie spice if you’d like and even use whichever nut you favor; just straight pecans would be lovely. Either way, you can’t go wrong. Only needing 3 ingredients, a high powdered appliance, and 10 minutes to spare, you’ll be enjoying this fall flavored favorite in no time.
What will you spread it on?

8g Fat, 3g Carbs, 2g Protein, 0g Sugar
Ingredients:
• 1 lb mixed nuts, roasted & unsalted
• 4 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions:
• In a high powered blender or food processor, add the nuts and blend for a few mintues until a nut butter consistency is formed. (Scraping the sides as needed).
• Add the salt and pumpkin pie spice and blend for another minute.
• That’s it! Store in an air tight container (like a mason jar), and in a cool, dry place.
• Enjoy!
NOTES:
Optional: Warm the nuts in a skillet on medium heat until fragrant (this helps with the blending process).
Refrigeration not necessary as the salt is a natural preservative.
Mix before serving, if needed, due to natural separation.
This sounds perfect for fall! Thanks for sharing x
