It’s no lie that I’m one of Halo Tops‘ biggest fans. I enjoy their ice cream as is, but I’ve been having fun playing around with different creations and making it my own. Here are a few of my “creations” using my favorite “healthy” ice cream.
I could easily sit down and polish off a sleeve of Oreos without batting an eye. I could also mindlessly watch Netflix while jamming mini Nutter Butters into my face. Those were the good ‘ol days … or shall I say, not so good days. By adding a small amount of my favorite things, like oreos or nutter butter bites, to a pint of ice cream, it greatly cuts down the chance of me sitting and eating 27 “servings” of that said treat. It really is a win-win because I get to have ice cream AND some tasty treats I would normally consider “off-limit” foods but in moderation: a DO-ABLE moderation.
I’ve provided the calorie count for the ENTIRE pint of each creation. Feel free to break it up into 1/2 cup portions by dividing that calorie count by 4. Easy Peasy. Basically, you can have an entire pint guilt free but it’s more enjoyable to have it last a few nights. Or maybe not? 😉 It’s up to you.
Below are my “creations” so far and will update as I come up with new ones. Feel free to play around as well! Let me know what you come up with. Also, if you’re an Arctic Zero fan, this would work for you, too.
All the steps are the same for each creation; melt, mix, stir, freeze.
Oh, and EAT. 😛
