After eating funfetti cake batter dip a little more often than I should admit (it’s just so so good!), I thought I would switch things up. I knew it would be good, but this was splendid. Using the same recipe as the funfetti cake batter dip, I swapped the funfetti mix for brownie mix. Man, oh man. This dip is rich, chocolatey and comes nothing short of decadent.
brownie batter dip (for one!):
Yeilds 1 serving
Points Per Serving: 4pp
32g Trader Joe’s Reduced Guilt Brownie Mix
2T (11g) whipped topping (I use Truwhip light)
1T non fat greek yogurt
1t unsweetened vanilla almond milk (optional for consistency)
⋅Stir it up real good so everything is all happy and combined.
⋅Enjoy as a dip, sauce, syrup, or what have you 😉
Here are some ways I’ve used it so far … besides dipping my strawberries in or eating it with a spoon … 🙂

Is this just a regular boxes brownie mix (only low-fat)? I don’t have a TJ’s near me but I DO have some brownie mixes in the pantry, gluten-free, of course. 🙂

Absolutely! Any boxed brownie mix will work. Not sure on points (if you follow weight watchers) but definitely use what you have! 🙂 Enjoy!
