What’s so incredibly easy and full of peanut buttery goodness?
What can I top on my pancakes, french toast, oatmeal, apples, ice-cream, etc?
What has only 1pp for the entire serving?
The answer:
PEANUT BUTTER SYRUP
peanut butter syrup:
Yields 1 serving
Points Per Serving: 1pp
2T PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
2T unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1T sugar free syrup
(if you need a smaller serving, do 1T of each … still 1pp!) 🙂
⋅Combine all 3 ingredients in a small bowl.
⋅Mix well until most of the lumps (from the pb2) are smoothed out.
Enjoy as is or topped on various things! 🙂
